The room is smaller than what I thought, the shared bathroom was clean but the main problem was the noise from the streets. A double-layer window could help, as well as air condition or a fan to combat the summer heat.

I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone stopping through Florence. My girl and I could walk to anywhere we desired within, at most, 20 minutes. And many of the highlights were within 10. Also, the staff was plenty helpful and didn't have a problem with us leaving our bags after we had checked out but were still in town for the day. Very clean.

overpriced (at least for the double not shared bathroom rooms), not airconditioned- we stayed another night in a different cheaper and nicer hostel, but this one was in a nicer neighboorhood... staff was nice too.

Great hostel with amazingly helpful staff that is located in the most convenient area for getting to any of the major sights in the city. It had the feel of a nice hotel instead of a hostel.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful, he gave us great sight-seeing advice. Our only complaint was the cold showers, the hot water did not seem to work.

Quite far from the train station and there is not good for traveller who has many stuff and heavy..because not lift and you have to walk up the narrow stairs about 2 turns.
I can\'t say enough good things about this place. Riccardo and Leonardo (the managers) are absolutely amazing....they make you feel like the only people who was staying there. It was like a haven. Such a wonderful part of our trip. I would definetly go back there no questions asked!

I thought that this was an excellent place to stay- the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. I was traveling with my mother and grandmother- we booked a triple room, which was large and clean. The location was very good- a short walk to all the sights. Big thank-you to Leonardo!

Leonardo was very nice and helpful. He was dure to help with directions, and even my enormous bag up and down the stairs. Free wifi is a huge plus!
