Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice location but everything is walking distance so it is sort of hard to have a bad location if you are staying in the city center. There is a club or something downstairs so is a little noisy at night. Free internet is great and again staff is great! Would stay again.

This was my first time staying in a hostel period, let alone by myself, and so while I can't contrast my stay at Sampaoli with past experience, I can say that I found the staff to be very friendly, very willing to be helpful, and the atmosphere was nice. The one bathroom lacks a shower curtain but was not really bothersome, but more really just something that added character to the experience. Staff spoke very good english, but were very nice about talking in Italian with those wanting to practice (like myself). Only negative really was the musty smell in my room. Recommended it to everyone else going to Firenze.

Great hostel, amazing location. Kind of low on the social/fun quotient, but its really clean and nice and like a small boutique hotel.

Prime location. Bathrooms were a little uncomfortable to handle business in....Staff was very friendly and helpful. Met alot of different people traveling like myself.

Hi guys we felt you are making a huge effort to create a cosy environment for your guests. Well done you are doing fine. Very friendly staff, silent place good taste on the lounge music too! We suggest some improvement in details such as the bathroom drainage and the corridor decoration. It was a lovely stay we would come back in a next trip. Thanks.
