This hostel is great!! Ricardo at the desk is so helpful and goes out of his way for you...close to the Duomo and safe location...very clean and cute rooms...free internet is awesome. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Florence but here!!!

Hotel Sampaoli is in a very good location. The room was clean and the staff are very helpful. The bathroom could have been slightly better, but on the whole this place is very good value for money. Would definitely recommend it.

I love love love Hotel Sampaoli! The staffs are awesome and the location is great as well. Just follow the direction they provided, it's very easy to find. Highly recommended!

The manager Leonardo is so nice and helpful. The price is right and it was only a ten minute walk from the train station. The beds are a little bumpy, though. But its fairly quiet area for Florence.

If you are in Florence and you don't stay here you are crazy! Leonardo, the owner, is the most helpful and cool guy in Florence. He not only tells you what is good in town but he makes suggestions, marks it on a map, etc. The hostel itself is cute, each room has its own charm, it's safe, the location is ideal, I met some fun people there and it is cleaned daily (clean sheets and towels). Great place, I would recommend it to anyone!
