More lighting in the hallway would be a great idea, we had a few problems finding our way to the 2nd floor. A shower head holder should also be an idea! The door to our room was a little un-sturdy but for the money it was exactly what i had expected, really good location!

VERY UNHAPPY- Given wrong door code & so left outside for 20min until another guest let me in, who told me night before she had also been given wrong code and had had stay in another hotel for night.Almost missed flight, again because of staff incompetence-Left my luggage in reception & at 7.30 found reception was locked, despite the fact that it was supposed 2 b open from 7am.Extremely unhapy with staff service. However, good value for its fantastic location & the rooms were clean although basic.

The location was very nice. But it was very old and not really two stars hotel. Frankly, it has one name with two hotel and more cheaper was one star hotel which was on the next block. And i'd stayed there. so if you consider a nice fancy hotel, you have to choose another one :>

Really nice staff, perfect place to sleep, not luxurious but we didn't need luxury!

Directions could be better - the place is better reached from the railway station from Tram Line C Grand Opera stop - and once you get off in Place Gametta as per bus directions it takes a little finding out where the location is. Very friendly staff kind of compensated for the average room (and it smelt of dampness - maybe the previous occupant had dried clothes there )

awesome location and staff helpful. but small double bed and average bathroom. nice size room with free towels. Worst thing was you could hear every time someone flushed the toilet or had a shower.

it was strange that we had to check in at one hotel, and our room was down the street at a different hotel, but it worked out fine and we had a great stay.

We told the staff we'd check in at 8am in the morning, but we were stranded on the streets for a good half hour before he showed up. Don't expect them to have a city map either. The room wasn't the cleanest, with stains on the bedcovers and some towels, and the shower drain clogged.
