The showers are a bit lacking, but other than that the place is pretty good.

very simple and decent hostel, would stay again. good location, simple breakfast and good security. renovations or something were being done while we were there which was the only downside so we could not use the computers.

The location is excellent, the centre of Madrid. The hostel is good, maybe too few bathrooms. The good thing is that they have lockers so you can leave your stuff there. They let me change the room because I was in 10beds room , and one person was snoring incredibly loud.

Standard hostel. The guys that work there during the week were lovely and took us out for drinks, but apart from that it was all average. Doors to the rooms were insanely difficult to open.

We were really disapointed by this hostel. I would not recommend it to anyone 1- The room was dirty and smells not good 2- There was insect in the bathroom 3- You can open the electronic locker by giving a hit in it 4- Staff is not nice and didnt care at all about our problems with the room 5- Internet didnt work all the 6 days we were there Positive point : Well located Sorry!

I had registered for a 4 person room but they put me in a room with 5 beds and promised the last bed would not be filled. They lied. Also their internet was "being fixed" aka they didn't have it as advertised.

It was a very nice hostel, very clean. Only the water was cold after 9 o'clock more or less when a lot of people had a shower. Everything was very clean an neat, the breakfast was ok too. I would go again if I will go another time to Madrid.

The main complaint for this hostel is in regards to one of the staff members - an unfriendly Spanish guy. He didn't speak much English, but his body language was excellent - he was very unwelcoming, it seemed our check-in/check-out process was a huge inconvenience to him. The shaking of the head and the (presumed) swearing under the breath are a universal language. Otherwise, the other staff members were great and the hostel was fine.
