Owner will give you a map of the city and highlight important sites to see. Security was very good, key to front door and room door. Mattress was a bit lumpy. Very clean. Access to kitchen was a bonus, allowed you to buy breakfast foods at the supermarket (cheap) and eat there in the morning. Some fees were a bit high like Internet access and luggage storage. Small place, but good location (close to train station and sites), quiet and clean place.

I would higly recommend this place to all travellers heading to florence. The location is excellent- right next to the train station and very accesible to all major sites. The guy who runs is really helpful and energetic. The hostel is very clean and the area is safe. I would definitely consider returning.

Giusseppe, the person at the front desk made our stay much more fun and easy. No air conditioned in July, hot, hot. Highly recommendable for its location near the train station and main highlights. Enjoy!!!

this hostel is in a great location right near the center of florence. a cheap and delicious gelatteria is on the corner of via faenza and nazionale. it's very clean and quite. ciao :)
