only one guy at the front desk speaks english, but it is almost perfect. the rest of the staff spoke NO english. i witnessed personally and second hand, laundry getting mixed up. all of my undergarments and bathing suit were in someone elses bag. and i saw a woman whose clothes were ruined with red stains all over her clothes that werent there when she turned them in. a lot of the rooms do not have windows and the walls were paper thin. we could hear the people zipping their bags up through the walls!

I actually liked the Jasmine Guest House. My room was clean enough. However, the shared bathrooms could have been kept cleaner. Overall the staff were helpful/friendly. Some staff had better attitudes towards customers than others, so my feelings about this are mixed. The restaurant food was very good, I thought. I would stay here again. I might recommend it to my friends/family.

The owner of the hostel continuously went above and beyond what most will do to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. An extremely affiable person, his charisma will definitely win you over. His staff is equally consistent and helpful. They make you feel very welcome, and do what they can to help you if you need it. Also they have excellent curry.

Not too bad at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. A homely Cambodian run business which is a bonus for me. Would have preferred the aircon option as it gets a little stuffy and hot at times, so email the hostel ahead if you want to 'upgrade' if you prefer some creature comforts.

The location is great, close to town, enought o walk in 5 minutes, but not next to all the noise and loud bars. easy and fast to bicycle to the temples, the tuk tuk drivers and moto drivers at the guest house are very nice and helpful. i would stay there again

While this place is extremely clean, there were many shortcomings. First and foremost, the location. If you're hitting bar-street, it's very inconvenient. 2nd, they didn't even know about my reservation and their e-mail address is wrong on this site. They "conveniently" only had sweet available for me, which is double the price. So, don't try to mail them your arrival time for your free pickup, and don't try to get a free trip back due to their mistake because it won't happen. The main boss and the younger man, while nice at first were easily agitated and turned rude many times at simple questions. However, their tuk-tuk driver Samaunt was absolutely amazing. he was such an incredible guy and a great guide. If you don't stay there, just stop by and request his number.

The nicest hosts I have ever had - even arranged a last minute flight at a superb price. I will be recommending this place to my friends.
