The people are extremely friendly and very helpful when it comes to everything. The place is the cleanest place I've ever stayed at. Even though the location is a bus ride and a little walk out of the way, you quickly learn to really enjoy the fact you don't wake up to city noise. I would highly recommend staying at the very well priced hostel.

This place is a little paradise, nothing we could have expected from a hostel. The staff were the nicest of people, friendly & warm, and the location is just incredible. Some may find it a bit remote from the centre as it take about 20 minutes to get there and not close to many shops, but after a day in the town the 5 minutes walk through the forest leading to Jetpak is a calming and soothing trip: just gorgeous!
Quiet & peaceful (no neighbours!), they also serve fresh breakfast for 3 Euros every morning.
I would definitely go back there again and could not recommend enough!

Eventhough this hostel wasnt in the center of Berlin, the staff and actual hostel made it all worth it. This was by far the cleanest hostel we had stayed in and one of the best and most helpful staff.

the staff was great. the rooms were perfectly clean the only draw back was the location. it is in the middle of some woods were we saw a wild boar one night. there were buses and trains that will get you into the center of town but they take about 30 minutes.

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The location took a while to get there. Free internet was excellent as well as the movie shown every night. The area was gorgeous. Nice and relaxful.

The staff were very helpful and informational on sites to see in Berlin and how to get there. Located a little outside the main city it is a nice peaceful area to actually get some rest, staff were very helpful on bus info. to get into city. Free internet was great.

It's out of the way, but once you figure out the bus route, it's no problem. The hostel itself is awesome, on the edge of a small forest with trails!
