For the most part this was a good hostel. The staff was friendly, we had no problem checking in or out, and the people staying there were friendly. We did not like the noise. For two nights straight the people in the next room were extremely loud. I can stand people talking; however, I do not like when people are singing and dancing around their rooms between the hours of 12 and 2 in the morning. I realize the walls are paper thin and I can deal with that, but the neighbors behavior next door to our room was unacceptable. The bad part was that the staff did not seem to reinforce the be quiet after 10 or 11 rule. I think I am more disappointed than I am angry. It is still a great hostel. It was more spacious than their other hostels just beware of loud people in the middle of the night.

Considering this was my first experience when dealing with a Hostel, I would say this was a very positive experience for me and I am more inclined to continue using Hostels.

Very nice and affordable place to stay. A bit out of the way and hard to find as it is on the backstreets, more local places on the map would be helpful, such as teh shrine which is almost right next to the annex as a landmark.
Amazing and very helpful english speaking staff. I will recommend this to anyone looking for budget shared accommodation. Location is a bit farther from the rest of the city but if you plan to stay in a city for the whole day then it won't matter. Great place!

Great place to stay! It's not super close to down town but it's very close to the subway which makes everything easily accsesible.
