very centrical location in madrid, near all tourist attractions, a little loud at night and none of the services is free (Internet, lock, etc.)

I recommend this hostel to anyone. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us out heaps. There were showers available all the time and they were reasonably clean.

The staff seemed kind of unpersonal. Internet wasn't for free. The rooms were nice and open, with big comfortable beds. Good breakfast compared to other bigcity-hostels...

it's a pitty that the common room already closes at 23 o'clock, but may be it's good so there isn't much rumour during the nights.

Nice place to stay, I had a good time! Two tips to make it even better could be -the little lights don't work, room 9 more than half of them don't work. When the big light switches off at 23h, that is a problem - it is so easy to walk in for strangers, never needed to show my pass. Combination with the fact that lockers are not free, makes it unsecure

Having shared showers is not great!!! Plus the common area is nice, but it is a real shame it closes so early, not fun at all!

The staff is friendly, but a little English challenged.
