awsome place to stay the guys who runs the place marco very cool and lots of help. the place is right in a central location , clean and good size for europe. u can do landry and internet is free too all good . 5 stars in my book gonna stay there again .

Marco was so nice and really helpful. He even carried our bags and everything. The location was in walking distace to everything and really close to the train station. I will definitely be staying there again on my next Florence visit.

Marco was very helpful, warm and friendly. Would recommend staying at one of his places. Walking distance to the train station, open market nearby, lots of restuarants to choose from. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. TV & internet in room was very convenient. I would stay here again!

I loved my stay at La Luna Rossa! The staff was so helpful in many ways and went out of their way to make things convenient and cost effective. I-d reccomend this establishemnt to anyone travelling to florence, and i definately guarantee the family is super kind!

Marco was great but our accomodations were not. We had requested a room with private bath. There was no room at Luna Rossa, so Marco put us up in another apartment that was being renovated. This "other" apartment was actually his parent's apartment. We stayed in a room across the hall from his parents and shared a bathroom with them. We were not in the room much, and the family was very kind...it was just not what we had expected.
Also, the room was not air conditioned. And in June in Florence, you want air conditioning.
We would not go back and if I spoke the language and wasn't so tired from sight-seeing I probably would have argued with Marco and demanded a low price.
