Good: the location was very convenient, close to the train station. The breakfast was pretty good.
Bad: There was loud booming music the whole night which I could hear from the upper floors. The bag storage wasn't very good, they just had them piled in the hallway. They gipped me out of 10 euros with the key deposit. The place wasn't very clean. And the bathrooms on my floor were pretty gross. And all the beds were bunk beds in the room I was in. Someone stole the ladder for mine while I was sleeping.

The bar was rarely open, cost more than the hostel said it would and was also open to the public which is contrary to my experiences at other hostels that said they had a bar... Otherwise it was great clean fun. I especially like the dutch girls working the front desk.

The hostel is realy close to the train station, and it is a great place to go by foot to all the monuments of Rome. Sadly, it doesn't seem to be too secure. We had to leave our bags in a corridor during the hole morning until we got the room, and then there weren't lockers at all in the rooms.

Really helpful staff with a big smile on their face all the time, we felt welcome from the get go.
Really close to the main train, bus and subway station, making it easy to move to wherever you need to go.

Nice hostel to stay. It is clean and has large bathrooms. The location is perfect since it is very close to the Termini Station. The accomodations to sleep are confortable and the included breakfast is really good.

Very friendly, lovely staff (also in the bar and living room next door) and two computers for internet use (sometimes short waiting time or busy, but there are two cheap internet points round the corner), nice cleaning staff as well, and in general friendly atmosphere. Small balcony for smokers and tv lounge on the reception floor. No security lockers in room, but if you trust your room mates that's no problem. Overall a very good place to stay for the first days in Rome or for a short stay for Travellers.

We didn't like the man in reception because he was rude. (an elder man in the evening shift)
And something important is that you don't accept credit card, because sometimes is difficult and dangerous to the travelers to carry some much cash.

The single room with a bathroom attached was the way to go for me. It was VERY loud though. The staff was extremely helpful with directions and letting me know when my lost baggage had arrived.
