I have a nice experience during my visit. Just some suggestions: credit card system is necessary, towels should be in the beds and WC should be improved.

It was dirty and old, if it's supposed that guests should leave the rooms because they're cleaning the rooms, they should do it correctly, there are pounds of dust under the beds, besides there was no hot water

As a single female traveler over forty, I needed a nice shower and air conditioning at a fairly low price.What I got was the proliferating stench of mildew eminating from the revamped trendy bathroom.Cold water for morning shower and hot water in humid Rome weren´t what I anticipated.My last shower I had no water at 10:00am.Sure I had a flat screen and an air conditioner, but did they work? Heck no. Also, my fellow American travelers in the lobby announced their sexual exploits the night before to anyone within spitting distance. At free breakfast staff warns Americans "only one!" croissant and espresso. As if! Staff at desk was hit and miss.Many college travelers who party all night and enter their rooms loudly.Worst of all is you have to keep the windows open at all times to avoid melting.The penalty for this is the one fly in Rome hell-bent on getting into your ear by dawn and the local who blasts his Celine Dion box set from across the way.

The breakfast could be better, is very small. Is clean and secure, but for smaller prices you can get better food (two times at day) and the same location, cleanliness and security. Is a good option if you don't do your reservation with time of anticipation.
The location is good because is very close to the place where stops the buses to the airports of Rome.
