One particular staff member ruined everything. His lack of hospitality was one thing, but outright rudeness, disrespect, and apathy is not something you should have represnting your hostel, especially since he's the first one you meet when you walk through the door. Everyone's entitled to a bad day, but this is not the case. Other hostellers were complaining about him as well and it was a chore to deal with him on a daily basis. Thank you for the opportunity to share this. He absolutely ruined our stay and the possibility of a future visit.

It was in the heart of rome and central to just about everything. The showers could have been better but overall i cant really complain. Worthy of checking out if your not a girly girl or something silly like that.

The showers had no changing area or place to put your clothes and the toilets barely flushed. It was nice that the room had a window and wasn't too crowded. Nice that it's right across from the train station.

Sometimes the bathrooms were not clean, they should clean them in the morning AND in the afternoon and not only one time per day.

No shelves or lockers in the room, bathroom also missing a shelf and hooks tor towels etc. bathroom ceilings need cleaning & new paint. Spacious rooms, very centrally located.

Spacious rooms, but lacking shelves or lockers in the rooms, just a hook on the wall per bed. Rooms facing the street are very noisy. Very tiny lockers for valuables at reception (won`t fit a laptop).
