For a hostel with dorm-style rooms, Mad is great. Most of the desk staff also speaks good English, which can be very helpful, and they're always willing to give you directions and tips about where to go.

It's very clean. they make use of magnetic technology to keep everything secure, the beds were good and the free internet access was great. The location is central, but expensive if you take a taxi from Bajaras. Very close to the Plaza Mayor. Friendly staff and a decent included breakfast.
