I had such a great time staying here! You get to meet a lot of awesome people and the staff are great. The first night we had an awesome bbq and they usually plan fun activites. Don't forget to do the Scooter tour around Granada, it was so much fun.

We liked this hostel, however, we found our room and bed linen to be a bit damp and musty. Would not recommend the hostel to single women travelling alone, the area, as the area it is in felt quite unsafe at night. Lockers for luggage would have also been helpful - but the rooms are very small. The common area with hammocks and kitchen were very nice, we enjoyed that.
Lockers are provided for free at Makuto as you had yours assigned but they are made for valuable things as cameras, ipods, credit cards, passports,... as a backpacker myself I never heard of anyone anywhere who had their clothing stole ¿¿?? so I don´t really understand your unsafety Hide Owner CommentsRead Owner Comments Meredith, from Australia ~ May 20 2008

Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The place has alot of character. I loved the chill out area and the hamacs for the siesta. Would definitively reccomend the place.

The hostel was an amazing deal! I would definitely reccommend it to anyone who is looking for a travel experience instead of just a hotel. I wish I had had more time to spend in the actually facility because everyone was so great.

Staff was absolutely amazing - very friendly, and in fact I felt even included in their group of friends. That said, this was not the cleanest place I've ever stayed. It was also difficult to meet people aside from the staff, inside the hostel, as the common areas were too separated. The neighborhood where it is located is beautiful and has plenty of character, but keep in mind the streets are all cobblestone, so plan not not bring any luggage with wheels or just carry it.
