The hostel had real character, it was nice and cozy. The location was good: Just 10-15 min walk from the central station. And a quick walk around the city and to the berlin wall-exhibitions.

Great place to stay! Dorms are not locked by any time, but you can store your valuables in a dedicated room. The location is great, just 2 stops by U-bahn from Friedrichstrasse or just 15 min walk, and the station itself is just right outside of the hostel. Has a very big and cool lounge where can do everything. And the best thing for me was that they have very cheap international calling cards and phones, so that you do not have to go around the place looking for calling boutiques. Staff is all

This was one of the best hostels we stayed in on our trip. It was full of character with a good atmosphere. While the Euro 2008 was going on at the bar, you also had the choice of venturing to the lounge area to read. Also, each room is themed, which is super fun. The location was really good and walking distance from artsy locations. I would recommend this placed to anyone wanting to have a good time.

Great atmosphere, the staff were always helpful and smiling. BUT, get ready to pay 3 euro an hour for internet and for your sheets. Go about 3 blocks down to the internet cafe called Bollywood, only .8 euro an hour and a nice fast connection with skype headsets. Breakfast is 5.50 euro as well. There are lockers to lock up your stuff but you'll need to bring your own padlock. They have a safe at the desk which can be a pain to get stuff out of and the luggage room is only somewhat safe to leave t

The first day I got there the staff made me wait an half hour only to tell me that I had to wait another hour to check in. They completely ignored me and another customer who was there to check in. I understand that you get shitty service sometimes no matter where you go, but this was one of the worst.
