The staff was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. There always seems to be at least one person working who has a good grasp of English . Location is excellent (5 minute walk to Ueno station/park as well as Keisei station for those coming or going to the airport) and the room was all I needed. I was going to extend my stay but they were all booked out! Next time I am in Japan I will definitely stay here.

This is a great place for a pretty cheap price. The location is a bitt off, but right on the Ginza subway line. The staff was nice and the place pretty quiet.

I've stayed here a few times now and there are several reasons why I keep coming back - it's fairly central, so it's easy to get to/from major stations and airports, it's cheap (the rooms are definitely sparse but clean), and the staff are really helpful.

This is really a great hotel (not hostel) with budget. We would like to stay for next visit. Recommand to everyone.

this is a good place to stay. it has a shear facility such as a small living place + dinning and a small kitchen. they provided internet access for free but it should be some limitation for each user that should not use it far a long time. Other else is good.

More like a hotel, especially with the space you get in your rooms. Free internet is a bonus! Definitely check out the Sumurai Cafe - great drinks at good prices with awesome bar staff.
