it's ok but you must to walk around 800 m. to go to ueno station.

The reason I rated it poorly for fun was because I know some hostels have big common or game rooms for you to meet people and this one doesn't. I think if you were travelling in Tokyo with friends and meeting new people isn't your first priority, this is the most perfect place for you! Considering the price I really was preparing myself up for bad conditions and have to say I was most pleasently surprised. I had a wonderful time.

Great hostel... very confusing to get to though so prepare yourself for the trip which will take you half an hour and once you know how to get there from UENO station its a 5 min walk. Showers are small if your a big/tall person but i think thats just all of Japan

It was the best hotel/hostel I have been. I will definitely come again! I recommend to everybody.

One of the cleanest and attractive hostels I've stayed in (and I've hosteled around the world.) The staff is impeccable in their care and attention to guests. Highly recommended for the world-weary traveler.

The access map was not very clear.

Very close to a underground station which means thw whole of Tokyo is on your doorstep efficeciently and cheaply. Not for party animals - thank god!

So close to the main rail system. Everything is within reach. Go visit their small bar too, great people there and in the hostel itself.
