Was pleasantly surprised by the nice spacious women's dorm room and its bright, simple decor.

The staff were very knowledgeable about the city and the surrounding areas, and were very friendly and pleasant to chat with. The wall-mounted beds with really nice mattresses were wonderful and didn't squeak or make any other annoying noises in the middle of the night. Yay! They also had pay-as-you-go breakfast and free coffee/tea/hot cocoa, which was nice.
