My stay at the Palm Lakefront Resort was great!! The staff was excellent and always was professional. Elizabeth had a spirit of kindness I will always remember.
The only problem it is a 20 minute drive to Disney World but that is a minor problem. It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants.

awesome place with awesome people, only little far from the city centre, located next to other motels on the highway - but everything in orlando is far away and you can always take a bus, rent a car or book a shuttle. public bus: 25 min to disney world ($1.75)

I had a private room, had a bit of a smell, and the Wifi was patchy, but it was furthest from the office so maybe that was it. Light was flickry too. But overall I was happy and comfortable there.

It is okay, not the best. They converted a motel into a hostel, but the people are friendly and the rooms are clean.

i am staying one night this hostel and the day after my staying i made my check out this hostel 3 hours late and they took me additional 20 dollar for late check out.Also,owner of that hostel is so rude.

I think you should try to provide additional services such as transportation to the parks and breakfasts however, I understand that this may raise your costs but it may also attract other customers.
As an overall, I don't complain about the room.
The staff should demosntrate more concern about the well being of their customers (arrive on time at the office, don't complain too much about giving change to make phone calls and giving information to the customers without rushing up)
