I think that may be the service and cleanness are in accordance with the cost… is clean but all building seems to be old and not fixed, as windows that not close or are not clean in the bathroom. On the other hand there is not problem to leave things in the security box but you do not have lockers in the rooms, so your things will be unattended during the day. Staff is really great; they are always ready to help. Nezzy is great! Overall, I think that is good enough to stay 2 or 3 days

This hotel is realy next to old the most famous places in Sultanahmet, the Staff is nice, and help you in every questions you have. But I don't recomend the shuttle bus to the airport, it arrive almost one hour late. (no perdimos el avión por los pelos.) It was a six floor with no elevator, but the incredible views realy worth it.

The location and the staff are great, but the bathrooms in the rooms are very small, not too clean and with not enough cold water. Some rooms are too hot (the sun hits them directly all day). In the overall is a good value.

It was my 2nd night staying there (booked in advance), Although I got a room with a window looking outside, the sight was… But the terrace looking to the wonderful bay was an excellent substitution. NO HOT water!!! Even after a very polite note to the staff, I got just “yes yes yes…” I felt an astronaut inside a packed toilet & shower. still, two lousy nights

I ordered (separate) 2 nights in advance and: I experienced a lot of fun while staying there, The room, towels and sheets heavily smell/stinks smoke (Nargila or chimney smoke?), Towels and sheets somewhat wear-out, A Window only to the stairway, without natural light. Toilet and shower in the same tiny space. Breakfast was OK, though. all in all I'll never book there anymore!

It is an older building but things were clean and the staff were very helpful. I strongly recommend it to a frugal traveller.
