There is no elevator and the stairs are super narrow, rooms are very tiny. But very close to Metro Station. There is no ladder to climb the second bed upstairs. In the 19th arrondissement, far away from major attractions but still ok for the price.

Truly a great hostel. this was my first hostel experience, and I truly had a good time. After what I had read online, I decided to book at a more expensive hotel. I now regret that, as I should have stayed at the hostel the whole time. I would have saved money and had more fun. the facilities were clean, the drinks were good, the staff was awesome. Truly no issues. Yes, the stairs are steep, but that is Paris. And yes the showers are small, but that is Paris. I would definetely stay at the P&L again.

It is excellent as far as hostels go. I was lucky my room had a separate toilet so I didn't have any problem with that. The staff are amazing. Especially the Mexican lady, her name escapes me. The bar was pretty good too.

The only negative that I have about the Peace and Love, is that they allow beds on the floor to get three peeps into a two person room. Jumping over someone in the morning to get to the bathroom is a little strange. The nightlife there though is great!

SUPER close to the train stop, Juares, which made getting around easier. though there is a bar downstairs, it was pretty quiet on our floor which was nice. very small room, but clean enough. I stayed at Perfect hostel the night before, which I thought was much better.

This was my first time at peace and love and it was awesome. the rooms were small but comfortable, bathroom just down the hall. if you want to meet people, party and have fun i would deffinately suggest it. they have lots of stuff for you to do like the walking tour and a good happy hour. dont pass this one up you'll regret it

This place has a very fun atmosphere. The staff and follow traveler\s are very nice and out going. They are also very informative on all things. The rooms are fairly small butthey have showers in the room. The toilet is down the hall but still close. We would suggest staying here. We thought it was fun!

I had a great time at the Peace and Love! This is a great place for meeting other travelers in a very welcoming atmosphere; I even scored a little Parisian romance. I definitely suggest the tour and dinner, both were a great bargain. Would stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

I stayed only one night at Peace and Love but found the staff agreeable and the three-person room I stayed in very clean. However, traveling alone as a female, I found that sharing a room with two male strangers, with an in-room shower separated from the sleeping area by just a glass shower door very inconvenient. Luckily, my roommates were out on the town when I arrived, and I was issued the only room key! (The hostel has only one key for each room and when everyone is out, it must be left at the front desk.)
