Not in Florence at all. It says trains only take 20min but it takes an hour. Bus only goes to and from train station 2 times a day and they charge an insane amount of money for a 5min ride. staff was mean and not helpful at all except the one info guy. If you want to actually see florence then don't stay at this hostel.

Great. We booked a 3 bed the first night and then a twin the next 2 nights because hostelworld said they were full. But when we got there they just gave us a cabin. with 4 beds. it was awesome. And the shuttle bus came and picked us up from the train station. But we stayed an extra night and we had to change rooms to a small 3 bed trailer, which was more expensive. Dont know why.

The staff was friendly, but there were big language barriers. Seems to be directed towards German travellers. Chip card for payment throughout campsite is a good idea. Restaurants and Market were excellent. As well as the swimming pools and spa. Clean and comfy. Bad directions to Horse Ranch. Need more signs. Didnt understand why we paid more for a smaller room on the 4th night.

Nice and quiet place. Not very suited for party-people. Nice restaurants and a lovely location. We plan to come back.

the location is 30 min from the florance then you have to get a bus to the village which drops you off at 8.30 and picks you up at 6.40 other wise you are stuck on the resort which is mainly for familys

it was not what we expected but we had a great time there. it is basically a family resort. you live in little huts that lock up. we froze the first night but we asked for blankets and they gave us more blankets. it is about 30 minutes out of florence. you have to take a train to the city, and then the shuttle bus picks you up. the shuttle bus only comes onece a day, so that causes some time restraints. would definitely stay there again.

This place is awesome! If you want to spend a lot of time in Florence, don't stay here. It is pretty far away, although totally feasable to do day trips to Florence and other places. It is a great place - like a resort - with great restaurants and great facilities. And it is set in the hills of Tuscany.

Location is a bit out of the way, and we would have liked to have stayed at the hostel for half the day and play mini golf and relax, but they only had one shuttle bus at 8.30am. So we always had to catch it.

This place was really amazing for the price! Ok, its not right in the centre so it's a bit annoying if you are planning on staying while you are visiting florence but if you are able to stick to the timetable of the bus its amazing!

This campground is beautiful, with full four star facilities. That being said, it is FAR from florence, and costs about 9 euros round trip to get in and out, as well as at least an hour. The camp shuttle is only twice a day, so make sure you plan accordingly.
