freezing at night

i didnt like it that you have to pay for the bus to the train station, i think that will have to be a service of the hostal.

The cabins were absolutely FREEZING. Even after getting spare blankets and wearing thermals and a jumper to bed it was REALLY cold at night - in late March. It's also quite a way from the train station so u have to either catch their bus (there's only one a day to the station that left too early for us) or catch a taxi for around €10. If u had a car the location would be good and it has great facilities, no cooking facilities tho.

The location was great, but if you are going to be staying in the cabins that are the cheapest, it is very cold, we went during the time of late march, and it was so cold. It was bad. But the overall place is great. I think is would be great for people who have campers.

The camp site could be so much better. They dont accept cash onsite and so you have to credit a swipe card with money then use the card to pay for everything (hassel!). The staff are not helpful in any way and regularly lie to you about how far it is to the nearest village (they'll have you believe its 8 -10 km which it isnt - all to stop you spending money anywhere but their overpriced shop. The cabins are rubbish with no storage/ac/facilities of any kind, and if, like me, you're unlucky enough to get an inconsiderate div next door to you dont hope on getting any sleep- the walls are paper thin and you can hear everythin (and I mean everything!) On the up side, the camp site has plenty to do (although not much thats cheap / free) and has a nice atmosphere.

I think there should have been more frequent shuttle buses to the station. Other than that....fun fun fun!!

The place is excellent except that the location is a bit too far away from town. Ideal for travellers with their own car.

we stayed 2 nights, and were there mostly just for dinner, and to sleep, but this place offers a lot of entertainment options and day excursions, etc. It is a great "home base" for seeing the area.
