Internet policy was stupid, other than that it's a great place. There are cheaper options though.

We didn't actually stay the night as there was a problem with the booking (our fault!) but the amazing lady that works there drove us just round the corner to another place that she had reserved for us (at 11.30pm!). In the morning we needed to find a place to leave luggage for over a month and Red Palm can do it for a minimal fee and we both feel really happy for them to keep it for us. She then gave us directions all over the place, advised us on our route up to Thailand and was generally just super friendly and helpful. We've booked to stay there on our way back and both looking forward to it!
Awesome! The best hostel I've stayed at in a long time. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and it is a comfy place to relax after a humid day in the city. Will definitely stay there again on a future trip to KL.
The staff of Red Palm understand the concept of management. Keep up the good work!
What can I say, it is the best place ever!!! Sofie and Siti could not make my stay more pleasant!
So clean, with lovely staff and such a chilled out atmosphere, exactly what you want in a hot hot city. The place smells amazing too, not sure why, just does. Cornflakes for breakfast and Cameron Highlands tea - YOU ARE NICE - the perfect way to start anyday. Cheers
