They really made me feel like I was at home. Accomodating and friendly staff, with loads of travel information.

At the first sight this hostel seemed to be a disappointment since it was very hard to find (no signs whatsoever at building!) and the clerk had to be wakened up at 7am to open the gate. But after this initial experience it became better and better. The staff is the friendliest I've ever seen and they did more for me than expected. They let me have showers and breakfast before I even was checked in. They let me check in my room, which was free at that time, hours before official check-in time. The room was perfectly clean and quiet. There's so many commendable things that I can't all mention here. I felt treated as a family member in this small hostel. The living room has a large tv with a huge selection of (original!) DVDs. There's always some guests hanging out having fun together as if they have known each other for ages. This hostel is a real insider's tip!

Red Palm was a great stop over on my way to Sri Lanka. If back in KL I will absolutely go again. Stretched out on the sofa with a movie after hours of walking in the city...ah bless! Thanks again to the staff who were so helpful and friendly. Namaste!

A really awesome hostel- definitely one of the nicest I've ever stayed at! Everyone there is so friendly- it's a really homely, comfy place. The staff go out of their way to help, with lots of suggestions of places to go. There's aircon in the rooms, which is a big bonus too! And the location is awesome. I'd definitely go back!

It's my second time at the Red Palm. I felt like I was coming 'home'. Everyone is genuinely warm, caring, and comfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone, and I hope to return soon!

What a fabulous place to stay, more like a home away from home and the hospitality received from Bea and Sophie was one in a million. The place to meet great friends as I did. Enjoy your stay!
