location location location. this place has a kick arse location, it´s near to some good clubs, shoping and it's basicly in a walking distance to everything. Nice staff and a clean place to live at while in amsterdam.

This hotel is very simple but has all you need on a budget, it was clean and right in the middle of all the nightlife, food etc with shops and galleries only a short walk away. I would not hesitate stay there again if i was in Amsterdam.

This hotel i can recommend for a good stay in amsterdam. It is nicely located close to downtown amsterdam, very close to heineken experience, etc. You want to walk in amsterdam anyway and this place makes it a pleasure. It is located on a slightly touristy square called rembrant square, there is a great house club here called Escape and a huge TV, times square style. The breakfast in the morning is really awesome. Boiled eggs, toast, jam, various cold cuts, cheese, coffee, cereal, etc. Its all bottomless too so you can fill up before you head out for the day. Great. The place we stayed in was at the top of an apartment next to the actual hotel. It was on the top floor, and it was a multiple story climb to get in or out, they were painting and remodelling while we were there which made it a little bit of an obstacle course, but it wasn't bad at all and the room ended up being private and cozy off the street. The only real negative thing here, and dont take this lightly, there is a club downstairs from the hotel and the DJ plays sucky top 40 music, the same set every night, and it is LOUD. If you are a light sleeper you will definitely have a lot of problems here, even on the top floor. If you can fall asleep listening to CHEESY dance remixes of Brittany Spears that is loud enough to sing along to, you will have no trouble at all! I recommend it unless you are a whiny old lady.

Friendly staff, a short walk away from all the fun places to hang out, not to mention it's right above a coffee shop. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice, quiet place where you feel you're belongings will be safe.

Our room was really nice, it was outside the hotel in the apartment area, which was weird at first, especially walking up the stairs to it because there were buckets of paint and ladders everywhere. But the room was great, only it was a full bed, not two twins. My friends got stuck in the hotel at the very top floor, not only was it hard to get up there later in the day, but it got extremely hot!!!! Other than that, the location was awesome, right in the middle of Rembrandt Square with lots of food choices.
