we were very disappointed when we arrived at ritas to find out after being ignored for ten minutes that the room that we had booked 8 weeks earlier one of the new ones with new bathroom and aircon and sea view at $23 dollars a night not cheap by sri lankan standards was not only occupied but they had no alternative room available and showed us a dirty unmade room with no view and no aircon we had booked for an 11 night stay but left the same day and went elsewhere ritas was the only one of 10
