This was one of my best hostel experiences...the ladies that run the Riverside Lodge are sooo nice and helpful and made my 3rd stay in Berlin my best! The bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and although I was in a dorm room, I was afforded some privacy because of the way the rooms are set up. The location is great, very beautiful and quiet in the evening. The best vegan restaurant (Yellow Sunshine Restaurant) is right around the corner. The ladies helped me with maps and information regarding the World Cup. Also, they gave me and my friend a ride to the Schoenefeld airport for cheap, which was helpful. I will go back to Berlin just to visit with the ladies at Riverside Lodge, play with their cool dog and stay in the most comfortable hostel in the city. Many thanks, Brandi from California
