The place is very conveniently located and is very clean. Room is a bit small so try not to bring too big of a suitcase.

Good location once you find it. Staff are helpful, plenty of internet computers and is clean. Does lack a little atmosphere but there is cafe across the road which sells beer in to the early hours where one can meet people. Is a good hostel.

We loved this place. Not too bad of a walk from the station. The staff was fluent in English. "Breakfast" is just coffee and toast, but it`s cheap. Ikebukuro is nicely situated between most of the fun areas of Tokyo. We`ll definately come back!

public internet lounge and refridgerator and english rental movies in room a big plus. no kettle or hair dryer in room a minus, but they have a public kitchen, but i didnt use it so cant coment.the buffet breakfast is only all you can eat toast and coffee! but a dennys around the corner serving american and japanese breakfast for good price. overall, reasonable for the price, and we are going back to finish our trip.

Security on the common storage room is non-existing - anyone can go in and take things away if they so desired. I had my luggage lock lock broken but nothing was taken fortunately. Security on the rooms aren't so great either - I had a guy sneaked his friend into the room for an overnight stay. Cleanliness is okay except for the rooms when they're being occupied, then they aren't being cleaned. Rooms are too small for the number of people and price wise.

very clean.. the small room is quite small and the beds are a little small if two people are sharing one.. the large rooms are about 2000yen more and have a decent sized bed for couples.. other than that clean room, good maid service but INTERNET SHOULD BE FREE!!!

A great spot to base yourself in Tokyo. More of a hotel than a hostel but services were great and the room always clean. The area is very central to subway and JR train lines so really easy to get everywhere and only a short walk from the train station to the hostel. Staff were very accommodating when I had a problem with my room but some of them could do with a more pleasant approach seeing what I paid per night - but it is Tokyo but still OK value for money.
