Staff was friendly, just be prepared for rooms with ceilings that connect to the other rooms and that the hostel will always be busy and loud.
Best hostel I have stayed at yet.

An EXCELLENT breakfast, the best I ever had in a hostel, a great location right on the beach and a very friendly staff, Sea point is perfect if you are staying in group but isn't meant for people travelling alone: no common room, no kitchen (only a microwave), rooms so small and dark that nobody stays in, and no organised activities (u have to go to other hostels in the center) so that you won't get to meet anybody which is to me the greatest thing about hostels...

Great place to stay, right next to the beach, 1 min walk no joke. the staff was great my brother called the hostel a few times and he came up and got me for the call, all msgs where given to me. clean. great place to stay.

nice location being right on the beach. The rooms are a bit dirty and you need to bring your own sleeping bad. Catch a taxi from the train station for about 10 euros. Easier then the bus

The only problem with this Hostel is that there are no washing facilities. Also if you want to stay closer to the city I suggest Gothic point hostel, as it is right in the heart. But if you want to be close to the beach, stay here!

Small rooms, small common spaces, breakfast room not very clean. Fantastic location in Barceloneta, one step to the sea, 10 minutes by feet from the clubs areas of the port olimpic and the mare magnum, bring a padlock to close your free locker, nice staff, nice roommates. It is a bit noisy, but I had no problem in sleeping because I was very tired after spending the nights around in Barcelona. Perfect hostel for young travellers who likes to meet people.
