The location was great, though you have to watch out-- there's another building marked Mammut if you leave the metro station and go left. You want to go right after you leave the Moszkva Ter station. Also, there wasn't anyone in the "common room" ever. But the price was great, the place was clean, the staff was helpful, and the location was very accessible.

The dorm rooms are huge, the staff speaks English fluently, and the prices are unbeatable for the location. One of the best hostels I've stayed in overseas. Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in Budapest on a budget while still having a fantastic room.

sweet excellent hostel near the castle in a lovely quiet area. easy to get to, cheap, good kitchen and showers. overall it could do with a good scrub, but otherwise i'm not complaining!

For £5 a night this was a great place to stay. every bed has a huge locker (need to bring own lock) and a cheap vending machine. coffee was horrible, but the beds are comfy and the showers were good.
