Sitting on City Walls was by far one of the best hostels we stayed at in China. The staff is very helpful and the location is excellent you can walk to many main attractions or take the bus. We booked our Great Wall trip with the hostel as well and it was fantastic. The hostel is very clean and hot showers are always available!

Couldn't really fault this place. Clean spacious dorms, really helpful staff, private lockers for valuables etc. Top place with a really nice chilled out vibe.

An amazing find! The best hostel I have ever stayed at. Beautiful courtyard and bed rooms, good food available, clean, superb location. I would definately stay here again; this is how all hostels should be!

This Hostel has a very relaxed and social atmosphere. The staff are fantastic, they are very friendly, helpful and professional. The location couldn't be better!

Perfect location, though a little confusing to find at first. Friendly and fantastically helpful staff who speak very good english. Very very clean, cool place to relax and hang out in the courtyard... nota party hostel but a good place for a beer or two! highly highly recommended

We have been travelling for 11 months all over the world, and this is the BEST hostel we have stayed in.. It's lovely staying in a hutong, and this place is fantastic.. The staff,FOOD, service, and atmosphere is all first class.. The only prob was finding the place, make sure you stick to the instructions given, or phone before you arrive as they will give you directions.. I cannot rave anymore about this place, but if we ever go back to Beijing this would be the ONLY place I would stay in, as i
