Nice staff, good breakfast; a bit out of the way, but in a location with character.

I traveled alone and loved this place. As a female in a mixed rooms I had my doubts but was very happy with my welcoming stay, free breakfast ( before 9:30am) and the available internet. I honestly have no qualms about Square Q, I would definately come back and suggest it to friends. I met great people, the staff was friend, cordial and helpful.

This place was really clean, and its seems that they go out of their way to make your stay a good one. The free breakfast is great, and so is the American guy that works at the counter in the lobby. I only recommend that you get to Caulaincourt from Lamarck instead of of Rue Caulaincourt. The stairs going up to the hostel are intense, but it's no problem coming from Rue Lamarck.

Located a little far from it all but in a really cool neighborhood. I met lots of people from all over there. They have a good complimentary breakfast. Definately a young partying type of place.

Not to be fussy, the location was great. Got out from the busy city and the noise and a tube station right there. Was disappointed in the facilities however as not everyone can afford to eat out every night so the Kitchen was useless if you wanted to cook, as well as there not being a common room. The rooms themselves lacked an area for your bags to be able to be locked up (or even down at reception) so felt very iffy about leaving them there. Considering you only stay there for the night beds were fine.

staff are bad; arrogant; unhelpful when you lost your luggage; and the location is bad
