The hostel was modern, spacious, airy and clean. Lifts, laundry facility, internet OK (though 1 dryer not working). Some of the saucepans in kitchen could do with replacing. Could a kettle not be provided? Staff pleasant and helpful. Situated in vicinity of Westbahnhof, but quite a walk to get to that. I'm never quite sure what 'fun' means! I had room 306. One problem there: there was a backflush from sink to shower, suggesting pipe blocked. Otherwise a good hostel and recommendable.

The location is very good. Just a few meters from the train station and in the way to get transportation to visit all touristic spots. The room is very good and the infra is good as well. They offer free Internet for 20 minutes. The only point I would appreciate to be improved is the preparation of the desk clerks to give hints about nightclubs and historical spots to visit. They are not so concerned about answering your questions sucessfully.
