I was very impressed by the staff helpfulness. Specially Christina, and Christian, not to mention that everyone else was also great, coffee was cheaply priced. And everything is within easy access or across the street.I will stay here again.

I have nothing bad to say about this hostel. Location-wise, it's right in front of a U-bahn line and the 240 bus which takes you straight from the main train station.
The hostel itself is very bright and clean. I stayed in a dorm with 6 other people. The room was immaculately clean with gorgeous hardwood floors. You can also lock up your smaller things in a box-type thing by each bed. The bathrooms are just down the hall (which, I've learned is a good thing so the stinkiness doesn't spread in your room).
The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I met some awesome girls and chilled out in the bar. There is a great laudromat that serves excellent coffee and cheap beer. Also, nearby is the best Lebanese food I've ever had, called "Babel". You can't go wrong with this place.
Oh and one more thing - for the lazy ones, the New Berlin walking tours pick up at the hostel.

the beds were very uncomfortable, mattresses so soft you could feel the bars underneath. i slept very poorly. otherwise, very good. better mattresses are vital though, it made our stay much less enjoyable, you need your sleep.
