Prescott Int. is a great hostel, very homely, tvs downstairs (inc. a big one!), free internet access, and just a cheap bus ride from town. I like it and would recommend it

Loved this hostel, and we stayed an extra two nights! It's super clean, and got great amenities. Boston is an amazing city!

Great hostel with some of the best ammenities you'll find anywhere... only problem is it's far outside the city center. If you're ok with taking the bus/subway (T) and spending all day in the city though, it's worth it.

Too far away from the Centre as you need a bus and a train which after time starts to cost you !!! i would look closer to the centre

There are very few proper hostels in Boston, The prescott is a hotel that has had its hotel rooms converted into 6 bed dormrooms, which are pretty good their are also 2 big TVs and a big bar fridge too keep youre stuff in. All in all i would recommend this place keeping in mind the shortage of hostels in Boston, oh and theres a cute American girl that works at the front desk ;)

It's alright, but basically they just put 5 beds in a usual hotelroom. So you got a very nice bathroom, in a decent hotel, but horrible beds in a too small room. It's located pretty far outside the places you want to be. Around there nothing is going. You have to take a bus and the metro to go to the centre. Looks nice, staff is nice, but I guess you need at least a car to stay there.

A good hostel but it could be great with a bit of thought as to what travellers need. Some equipment in the kitchen area would have been great but the staff attitude was sort of take it or leave it. A very squeaky bed.
