Staff are very helpful and will help you with anything they can.Overall we had a great stay but the hostel is a small bit out of the way but the transport system makes up for that!!

Clean, safe and super cute! Kinda in the middle of no where but the public trasportation was easy to access and the staff was helpful and gave us a list of cool activitys to do. All in all I would stay there again.

It is very charming and it is clean. When we entered our room which was left messy by the inhabitans we got a room for ourselves which was really nice. At the desk we were provided with a suggestion sheet what we should see around town. It is outside downtown but it is easy to find by subway and bus.

I have two review chances dear webmaster because I booked for one day and for 3 days :). Small rooms for 6 people. Some hostels are greater than that. And has same size rooms for three people. Price should be lower. There is no laundry, no need to stay more than 2-3 days. It is not open 7/24 they give you a key. Although everyone has key, some people may enter with his friends and stay for free. This is a security problem.

They took the full price from my credit card, even though we never got to stay because of flight delays. Apparently it's "policy", but most other hostels are more accomodating in situations which are out of anyone's control. I'm now $120 out of pocket for nothing!
