A brilliant place to go and stay. Its not too far from the station and even a taxi ride from the city to the hostel is cheap and easy! Everyone at the hostel is lovely and so willing to help. I would definitely go back.

The hostel was very cosy and nice, and the room was better than I expected. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and the noise from the hallways and outside found easily its way to our room, so that sleeping was a bit hard. OTherwise I really liked staying there and the neighborhood was nice.

The place was a bit tricky to find but was clean and comfortable. The guy that checked me in was very helpful with local information and it was overall a very pleasant stay.

No lockers, very thin blankets so you can freeze at night, no conditioners, no community kitchen, just one microwave oven and a couple of plates and forks, spoons. There is no hot (just warm) water on mornings. There is free tea & sugar and free internet with good connections. Not far from hostel there is cheap chinees food and a lot of others food places.

Several tvs and free internet, tea and coffee. Room clean. Only slight problem was beds in very poor repair, very creaky with poor plastic mattresses. Friendly atmosphere though.

They need to provide some kitchen facilities. The bedrooms are fairly cramped, too.

We had a great stay at the Prescott. It is a twenty minute ride into the City, but transit was not a problem as the City of Boston has a great bus/train system to get you anywhere! The hostel offers free internet, tea/coffee, and the dorm room and bathroom were clean so that's all that matters. There is a small lounge area in the basement where the free net is along with two television and a kitchen.

I stayed there for 2 days and I found the location to be great. It's not 15 mn away from downtown with public transportation. Around the place, there are a few Brazilian restaurants and bars (I felt like I was back in Brazil!)As for the staff, I only spoke to 2 employees and they were really nice and helpful.
