big padlock on the gate outside so that was good, but my dorm door didnt even shut! Suzy is so nice though, she'll help you with anything so she mkes it worthwhile staying there, plus the amazing collection of dvds! Close to malls and china town and the monorail so you can get around easily

A little tricky to find - have the directions on hand. Suzy is fun, nice, and insightful. The people are friendly, the place is secure and clean. Nice experience. Will stay again if in KL.

This is the place to stay at if you wish to be close to everything! It is the nicest place we've stayed at and the staff makes you feel at home. Really nice to be able to sit and relax, watch some tv and just socialise.

Staff were fantastic, extremely helpful with all the questions we had. Location is great, right in the Golden Triangle, within walking distance to a few large shopping centres and the impressive Twin Towers complex. Easy to reach via the KL monorail. Thanks!

The travellers palm is an awesome place to stay. Suzy and Jo are up there with the most friendly people you will ever meet. I reccomend The Travellers Palm to anyone visiting KL, whether for a night or a month.
