Not a hostel in any sense of the word but a good, cheap, secure place if you can\'t find anywhere you can afford in Boston (which is what happened to us!)

Bedsheets seemed to be used.

The room was horrible, i felt like i was in a prison. They offer nothing for backpackers. No kitchen, no communal area. And you would think for $35 a night they could afford to put bins in the toilet cubicles.

There are a lot of advantages in staying here and I have stayed here a few times - Most of the staff are super nice and helpful with great hearts - there is one person who should do something else cause she is the opposite of nice - you do not really meet people here like in some other hostels since there is no breakfast or real common room where people hang. It is generally clean - it depends i think who is working cause some days are better then others. Ask for a room off the main street - it is more quit.

Room is cheap, close enough to Fenway Park and right outside Northeastern T stop. Staff were usually pretty good but it's a bit of a mixed bag. You get free gym and pool access, girls are allowed in summer. The only problem we had was a heatwave and no rooms are air conditioned, so we bought a $20 fan

The place is great for the price, though staff could be more knowledgeable/helpful. Overall, we enjoyed the privacy and location, though no frills. You get what you pay for, bt I would stay there again.

This place is a disgrace, the security was ignorant and a was obviously not too happy with his job! The hostel is terrible
