The hostel managed to mess up our booking, they are very disorganised. I slept in bed 12 and woke up in the morning with over 50 bites!! This hostel has bed bugs!! When I highlighted the problemto the manager he was very rude to me!! Wouldn't recomend this place.

Certain times of day no staff are on duty. In addition, the hostel really needs a common lounge area, with a couch or something. There's no place for the residents to just "hang out." Very clean and secure, though, and nice location.

Decent hostel. The staff kept it clean but they say the front desk is staffed from 8am-11pm, but there was hardly ever a staff person there! Rooms were nice enough and there was a big common room with tv/internet.
