Having no lockers in the room is inconvenient and the fact that you have to pay for them makes the set up not as good as a lot of hostels around. Nice to have a well stocked room for relaxation with papers and games, etc. but the lay out leads to a lack of character as its pretty isolated and piecemeal feeling. Having more information about the layout/where to find things, and a more welcoming reception area would help that.
