I got there later than expected to find that the room I had booked months before had been given to someone else. I guess this happens regularly, as when I was sent downstairs to the Hostal Santa Cruz where the lovely man on the desk seemed to be familiar with this kind of thing. Santa Cruz was very clean and quiet, I can't really comment on Cruz Sol as I didn't actually stay there.
