this is a lot more like a hotel than a hostel with there being no communal kitchen, breakfast etc it lacks a lot of character and it is difficult to meet similar travelers here

The bed was very uncomfortable at first, and I told them. Five minutes later, a woman knocked on the door, grabbed the mattress and brought back a new one! amazing...

the reception staff could be more friendly and helpful, I really felt ignored or being nasty when asking for some directions at the front desk. Additionally, during our whole stay, the reception smelled like vomit. The room and its cleanness war great but as I said the staff needs some further training in how to trat customers friendly.

It close enough to the bus stop. U have to pay for lockers to leave a bag on the day you leave. Crappy staff, except one nice guy! Net is not too expensive. Ok room, noting special. The hang out area is too cold and there was never anyone around, except to use the net.
