The hostel is near everything. 10mins walking from the train station. Its a bit expensive but it's worth it!! Where I stayed, it looked like a small house because our room had a private wc and a tiny kitchen whitch makes you save alot of money. You have room with a few computers, opened until 4am. You also have two rooms with tv and dvd, laundry room. If you have some money and want to spend some days confortable, choose this hostel. Next time I'm in Bilbao I'll come back for sure.

this is the most terrible hostel ever!! receptionists don't understand any single english word. thay don't even try to help visitors at all. room is nicely equipped though.

Great place to stay! Very friendly and helpful stuff; great location between the train station and the old town. Very clean, modern and safe hostal. The only downside: The residencia is situated in a rather rough neighbourhood. Watch your purse and camera if you walk down San Frantzisko Kalea!

This is quite possibly the best place Ive ever stayed for such a low price. Perfect getaway after a rough week in Pamplona getting covered in Sangria - its quiet, clean, extremely efficient and very friendly
