It was a bit out of the way, but the owners were lovely. They have two kids and live in the house. There seems to be a lot of outdoor stuff to do around the area. We were there in February, so it wasn't the best of weather. We didn't get to spend much time at the hostel itself either as we arrived late in the evening and left pretty early in the morning. It's also really hard to find in the dark, so have the phone number handy.

We really loved the familial atmosphere and the warm Irish welcome. The included breakfast was just great (e.g. self-made bread). We would love to return some day!
