Excellent customer service, no hidden fees, close distance to the falls. Very warm during the nights as ceiling fans were not enough. Lockers not available.

the hostel staff was excellent friendly and really helpful!The only problem was the neighborhood here i didn't felt save in the night. but the location is only 15 minutes away from the Niagara falls. all in all it was a wonderful time and if i would have more vacation i would come back!

it was nice. the lady was very helpful. what i needed in the hostel, it provided. it's not a party hostel, but very quite and close to the falls...
