During our stay there one of the rooms was broken into through the window that gives on the inside court. I think closing the inside stair gate would improve security a lots.

We liked the colonial charm that the hostel had. However, we found it difficult to sleep due to some very loud groups. The hostel staff did nothing to quiet down the groups even after 4:30 in the morning. The girls bathroom could have been cleaner.

the private doubles were AWESOME!! We had a room with a nice balcony. The location can't be beat, it's a stone's throw from the Catedral. The communal bathrooms could be cleaned a bit better but weren't bad. The security lockers were quite large. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a lot quieter than Hostel Catedral. The staff gave great recommendations for food, especially a taco place around the corner...best tacos de bistec EVER!! =D
